With the information provided, we prepare a Summary of Findings that will indicate if we have a solution that fits your business.
If you decide to proceed with our solution, a project manager will be assigned to you and will develop a software implementation plan. Our project manager will be responsible for keeping the implementation on schedule according to the project timeline and will help mitigate any risks during this process.
Once implemented, our consultants will help with the software setup and will provide training to your staff.
