Al has been at the helm of Tri Tech since inception back in 1986. He has seen changes from retail to business sales, to where Tri Tech now provides complete corporate IT solutions. As General Manager, and financial controller, Al heads up Essentials sales, partner training, testing and bug management.
– VP Operations, Director of Development
Peter is the Operations Manager and development manager working closely with our software developers and contractors in feature design, testing and bug management, documentation, demonstrations, training and support. He is in charge of Clinic Essentials and coffee related equipment.
– Client Relations Manager
Christine’s role is to ensure that we continue to provide excellent service and value to our clients. She is an advocate for clients by representing their needs or concerns to the appropriate individuals within Tri Tech. Christine enjoys playing softball and running marathons in her spare time.
– Technical Services Manager
Rick manages the Technical Services department covering Backup Essentials, Tri Tech Managed Services and hardware sales. Rick rides a really big,shiny bike.
– Sr. Software Engineer
James first worked for Tri Tech as a technician in 1997 before leaving to pursue a career in software development. In Jan 2001 he returned to work on the Clinic Essentials product. At one point, he was asked to write "a little tool" to fix a problem with BusinessVision data and Essentials was born! James enjoys back country hiking and camping.
Rob develops Clinic Essentials. He started with Tri Tech in 1987, selling computers part time.
– Help Desk
Remy is part of the help desk team for Clinic Essentials, Essentials and BusinessVision. Remy spends her spare time chasing around her little girl.
– Help Desk
Karolina is part of the help desk team for Clinic Essentials, Essentials and BusinessVision. She is currently taking accounting courses at a local college in her spare time.
– Accounting Software Support
Rick is the installation, conversion and training contact for our accounting software. He also handles report and form enhancements and client support for Essentials and BusinessVision.
